- 📌 Role: Documentation, compliance, QMS, IPQA, qualifications, and regulatory readiness

2. Quality Control (QC) – Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- 📌 Role: Sampling, testing, analysis (HPLC, UV, IR)
- 🧑💼 Experience: 3 to 7 years
3. Analytical Development Lab (ADL) – RA / SRA / RS / SRS
- 📌 Role: Method development and validation for OSD formulations
- 🧑💼 Experience: 2 to 7 years
4. Formulation Development & Technology Transfer – RA / SRS
- 📌 Role: Design and optimize new formulations of OSD, ointment, injectable
- 🧑💼 Experience: 2 to 7 years
5. Production – Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
- 📌 Role: Manage manufacturing operations (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Packing) under cGMP
- 🧑💼 Experience: 3 to 7 years
